Catalina 27 I'm currently a 2 boat owner
and one has to go. It's a 1972 model and the sail inventory includes a mainsail
with full battens, 150 genoa, and working jib on
roller furling (all sails in great condition). 6 hp high-torque Johnson Sailmaster long shaft outboard motor, dodger, new main
sail cover, head with macerator pump and holding tank,110v refrigeration,
Ritchie bulkhead compass, fishfinder/depth combo
instrument, marine VHF radio, am-fm cd player, new
cushion covers, fenders/dock lines/life jackets, shore power cord, new jib
sheets and 5 boat stands. Just add water and you're ready to enjoy the
summer. Sail to the islands for the weekend and stay on your own boat. Sleeps

1972 Catalina 27
Two boat owner, was looking for an outboard engine and ended up
buying a bigger boat. Cool!! Catalina is in good shape. Have been
making improvements during the time I have owned it. Full batten main,
150 genoa, and jib all in great shape(checked out
by Doyles). Roller furling, 6 hp Johnson sailmaster outboard with torque of the 9.9hp. New
cushion covers, dodger, sailcover, shore power

am a two boat owner and must sell Southpaw this spring. She is in above
average condition and offered at a significant market discount considering
her condition. Southpaw has been carefully maintained since her commissioning
in 1986. She has many upgrades including new traveler, mainsheet blocks, roller
furler, electronics, 12volt system and engine
exhaust. Windows and deck hardware have been rebeded.
This is a stable dry boat capable of comfortable cruising with family or
friends. We have raised two boys on this boat and have just bought a larger
vessel. We must sell. Particulars include:V berth

hot/cold standup shower ; salon with dinette folding table that seats 6 ; 5

Magan can be considered the best 27 currently on the market.
She has been optimized for racing, but is still ready for a great week of
