The Labor Day Weekend Rendezvous is one of the most popular weekends on the OSCA calendar.  Held at the Bristol Yacht Club, the rendezvous includes a full weekend of activities at this picturesque and comfortable facility.  The friendly staff at Bristol Yacht Club provides OSCA with moorings, launch service, showers, water, and ice. The club includes a full-service bar as well as dining rooms to support the full range of activities.

Schedule of Events

Saturday

Arrival by Boat: If you need a mooring, please make sure you request one when registering.  Bristol Yacht Club will not take individual reservations.  The dock crew will have your mooring assignment when you arrive. Hail "Bristol Yacht Club" on Channel 68, and one of the club's launches (Trident or Neptune) will guide you to your mooring. Once ashore, go to the dock house to fill out your contact info sheet and pay $40 per night.

The nearby downtown area of Bristol includes many shops, restaurants, and historical sites. Nearby facilities offer kayak rentals for members who wish to explore the harbor area.  The East Bay Bike Path originates in the downtown area nearby. Colt State Park is a short walk from the Bristol Yacht Club.

Potluck will start around 5 p.m., centered around the outdoor grill. (There will be another private party elsewhere on the club grounds, centered around a food truck, but there'll be plenty of room for our group.) The club's bar will be open, run by House Master Natalie Perreira. Of course, you're free to try out any of Bristol's fine restaurants.
